• Running of Educational Institutions and Computer training centers.
• Handicraft development training & Registration of artisans .
• Health and family welfare programs –Hepatitis- B, Typhoid Vaccination.
• Free Coaching for women and youths with emphasis on minorities, backward and scheduled castes.
• Women and Child Development Programs.
• Road Safety awareness programs with the support Ministry of Road Transport and Highways.
• Self Help Group (SHG’s) formation, capacity building and promotion of institutional system through Nabard.
• Child welfare programs.
• Skill development training and employment oriented programs.
• Promotion of Urdu language under NCPUL.
• Promotional activities related to Indian Languages (Punjabi language) of CIIL.
• Cottage industry development through empowerment of poor women and youths, their capacity building, skill development training for new designs and technologies.
• Programs for sustainable agriculture and rural infrastructure development.
• Research studies, surveys and campaigns for holistic development of rural areas.Tobacco control awareness programs among students and youths.
• Adult Literacy and Education promotion with a focus to women and school dropout/non- school going children.
• Welfare activities for socially ignored sections of the society.
• Minority welfare activities; conducting Seminar, Workshops, skill/capacity building training etc.
• Women empowerment programs including Community Mobilization and SHG formation, capacity building, awareness generation and sensitization programs for rights and entitlement for women.

Most of the aforesaid programs, some of them which are still ongoing, have benefited thousands of people of all ages in the rural and urban areas of the state of Uttar Pradesh. These activities have enabled the organization to earn an unblemished reputation and it enjoys high credibility and recognition at all levels - not only with the beneficiaries in programs areas but also with donor agencies and government authorities. Preference has always been given to women, children and youths of poor and excluded communities in all these programs at the proposed project areas and at other places where the organization is engaged.
