Rapport and Liaison of the Organization

  • The organization maintains good rapport and liaison with various government departments at all levels who have been always helping the organization in implementing programs. It also continues to maintain good liaison with all the funding organizations who have supported the organizations not only in the past but also for the ongoing programs. Further at the grass root level also close coordination is maintained with PRIs, CBOs, social activists, community leaders etc.

  • Human resource policy- A well laid out HR manual containing modern management principles guide the foundation in all spheres of HR functions comprising recruitment, appointment, job responsibilities, remuneration, increment, leave entitlements, statutory compliances, up- gradation of management skills, disciplinary behavior, resignation/termination and exit interview. These enable the individuals concerned to bring forth their best for the betterment of the organization.
  • Procurement policy- A transparent procurement policy is followed by the foundation for purchase of all materials required for programs implementation and office requirements. Competitive quotations are invited and the same are compiled and studied before finalization of orders without making compromise for quality and price. For procurement of large scale items advertisements are issued in news papers inviting tenders. Comparative studies are conducted and negotiations are done with short listed parties to further economize on rates so that precious resources are not spent wastefully.
  • Financial Policy- Prudent financial policy is pursued to ensure transparency. A computerized financial package (tally system), is in place which ensures accuracy. Bank accounts are maintained with nationalized banks. Further programs-specific accounts are opened and operated as per guidelines and requirements, if any of the concerned projects. Annual accounts are invariably audited by Chartered Accountants and the same are published for information of all concerned.
